As a writer, blogger and deep thinker, I know ideas, talents, great works or contributions to the world do not come from yourself.

They do not come when you crave for them, they come from the Muse or the Divine or whatever you want to call God.

I have had this musing for a few days now. This musing will not leave me alone and although this blog is not some great piece of art, it is crying out to be shared.

Taniya why don’t you write a daily journal or diary (as we English say) chartering this journey you have been travelling, so others can benefit from it and be inspired by it?

Or just write it for yourself so you can be inspired when you are feeling low and dejected?

I thought “who would be interested in my ramblings?”

I heard myself say “The world doesn’t want to be a witness to some random ramblings.” and “Who wants to know about a mere Social Worker becoming an Entrepreneur?”

Then I connected with something within me that instinctively feels that these ramblings and reflections may REALLY help and also TRULY support someone else who has bravely like me, decided to embark on this roller coaster ride.

Because that is what it is!

The scariest and most fun ride ever.

The Employee to Entrepreneur journey is the ride I am talking about.

This is where you confront yourself and are battling with yourself mainly.

So the voice within me to start this daily blog got louder and louder. And this morning Wednesday 12th June 2019, I relented.

This blog may indeed help me but that is not why I want to do it.

It’s really to help others.

As I see so many nowadays transitioning from a job to owning their business and trying to make it in this online and offline world of Business.

I wish when I started my Business in January 2018, I had a blog to follow that just gave me an insight on the roller coaster ride and that didn’t market or sell me anything.

So as I ride to my Social Work job, I would like to invite you to share my journey with me.

You will witness daily the ups and the downs of the journey and perhaps you may be inspired, perhaps not.

I would love if you accompany me on the journey because it can get pretty lonely sometimes not having anyone to share it with. This is despite the Facebook groups and your family and your friends being there.

And although they are there, at the same time, often you feel when you are in the thick of things and the technology has let you down, there is no one who truly gets the frustration and angst that the answers come from you. And no template or funnel will rescue you.

Standing in the wilderness, you yearn for the kinship regarding the marketing nightmare or cash flow worry.

So perhaps if you want to find a place, one place where you can explore the trials and tribulations of the journey, the nitty gritty including the dilemmas and the doubts not just the joys and triumphs as they occur in real time, you found it right here in this blog!

I promise to share my real honest thoughts and feelings of my Business journey in this daily journal.

Come and learn with me!

If you find this helped you in anyway and you have someone else in mind setting up a business or thinking about it or like you travelling this journey, then why not share this blog with them.

My bus journey has ended and I now need to start my day as a Social Worker.

See you tomorrow for some more ramblings.

Have a good day!
